S.T.T.P stand for? i am confused is it single or double storey? thanks for your help..

We had this with our old house, if I remember correctly it means there is still valid planning permission, ring the planning section at your local council, you can go and view the plans. I think planning permission lasts for a while once it's been submitted providing you stick to the original plans.
Subject to Town Planning. Usually it's STPP (subject to planning permission). It just means the permissions haven't been granted yet but extending is feasible.
