What AV are you using ?

AVG wont remove worm/VB.BCN

I would do a free online scan here:

It should remove the worm however if it does not come back with more info.

System restore. And please do a full virus scan?
well try to get some anti virus and registry fixer make sure there are not virus too.
First of all restart the computer with safe mode (Without Networking). Then scan the whole computer with an updated anti virus. Then restore the system with a previous date, when it worked properly.

I suggest you for using updated Symantec 10.1.5.5000 version.

use this utitlity to see everythingon your computer and at the bottem of the page after it scans you will see all the programs on the computer, hover over and look for any ones you dont recogonize then go to their file location and you should be able to spot the virus or worm or trojan and delete the file, i have dontthis with my husbands comp.and it works well!
