Trying to apply for a job and it wont upload resume. it says:document dont have .doc extension, use doc. file?chinese theater
it could be coz the file you are uploading is a microsoft works file and not a microsot office file
like a word file (in office) would have a .doc extension
and a word file from works, doesnt have the doc extension it had the wps extension
they want a doc extensio, not a wps extension
so you need to google ' convert wps to doc'

hi, frst chck if u r using WordPad then ur documents wud be saved as rtf of sum othr format but nt doc file.... all u have to do is save ur resume through Microsoft Word.... Microsoft Word saves ur documents as doc files....
